Loved that front desk can arrange for luggage transport!! A bit of a hassle that the microwave was in the lobby- but they do have a kettle in the room. Great view (Facing the river) and well situated (Less than a 10 minute walk from the nearest station) Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is located at convenient location, 10 minutes walk from the Nagoya station and old district is just around the corner. It is on the side street and hence quiet. Great team, very kind and patient. Comfortable rooms, very nice for short stay.

Location was a 7 min walk from Nagoya station. When hotel staff was explaining the hotel, recieved a coupon for the nearby restaurants which was an unexpected surprise and additional amenities for free. Included two water bottles, beauty care samples and hairclip.

The room is very clean and the environment around is very quite so I can sleep very well. The thing I like is the room quite spacious. I forgot my ring, so I called the staff after I arrived in my original place, they searched for that and sent it to my home!
