The noise from locals and cars was very intrusive and woke us up from sleep and went all night both Friday and Saturday night - that was a real issue with the location and impacted our rating negatively

The staff members were very friendly and open. They have handled my requests multiple times while keeping their professionalism. Although the room was small (like any other Japanese hotel room), it has a cozy vibe to it.
