It was convenient and we were able to make a reservation at the last minute for the breakfast. There were many facilities in the hotel like restaurants, laundry room, smoking room and a lot of free amenities.

The breakfast may be the best we have ever had in Japan, certainly it's the best on this trip. In a proper restaurant setting, too, with great views out the large windows. The rooms are so incredibly big, and the location is so convenient, a few hundred meters from the nearest subway, just a couple of blocks to the Sakae shopping district. And best of all the airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Location is perfect close to metro/subway fushimi station exit E, just opposite to the hotel, there's many restaurants, and shops nearby,staffs are friendly, special mention to mr. ISHIMOTO he speak english very well, he is very helpful and accomodating! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.
