Location was great. The staff was very welcoming. I made a transportation mistake on my way to Nagoya and was very tired when I arrived, so the staff greeting meant a lot to me.

Breakfast is good with wide selection. It starts early at 630am. Onsen is small and comfortable. There’s a reading area with a lot of books (manga?) Good for the kids. Free ramen, drinks and ice creams. Hotel is cosy and comfortable.

We have stayed at other Dormy Inns that are better than this one. Overall it was good just not as warm welcome and not as clean. Overall a good hotel though.

Friendly and helpful stuff, rooms are comfortable. Loved the Ramen at night (free, very tasty, not instant - made on the place), there are free ice cream and drinks also. Onsen was also nice. Too bad we were there for just one night

The staff was helpful, the room was clean and the location was very convenient! They also offer a public onsen, it is not allowed to use it if you have tattoos, but you can get a cover at the reception:)
