For the price, this hotel was a great option. It's not too far from the Nagoya station while being fairly spacious for a city centre hotel. The facilities felt new and clean. The room layout was great and easy to work with.

The hotel had everything we wanted for our first night in Japan. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was above expectations.

Good central location. Hotel is clean and modern, staff were pleasant. Breakfast got a bit crowded and we had to wait for a table but that was ok (suggest going early or late). Simple selection for breakfast but it was included/free and just right for a easy start to the day (big breakfast buffets are nice, but I quite like the smaller basic ones too, as we don't need a massive meal to start the day...) . Room a little small but to be expected, still it was big enough to fit all our suitcases and it was comfortable. Close enough to Nagoya station to walk, but we got a taxi when we left just to save our strength. Plenty of places to choose from nearby to eat and drink, and of course konbini not far away.

Location fairly close to Nagoya station. Decent size room. Free breakfast and free welcome drink. Laundry facilities. Price quality ratio.

Breakfast is ok at first but we stayed for 8 days and eating the same breakfast everyday. It would be good if there would be some variations everyday. Location of the hotel is great. It is near to almost everything. Train station, Bus Station, sighseeing, restaurants and shopping.
