Bed was grand and comfy. Nice room and aura. There were anything one will need, hair dryer, fridge, etc. staff was nice but it be even better if they could communicate in English, that aside, the hostess was very helpful with needs and request! Def recommend this, truly a relaxing experience.

Service was good and location was away from the noisy central. Only a 10 min walk to Nagoya Station.

Straight away Bill in Reception was brilliant ! He went out of his way to help us with location and menu options . Location was great, room facilities were excellent value for money . Clean and quiet .

The shower and loo were spotless and well equipped. Easy check in and great location for train station nearby. Bill was exceptional as he went the extra mile to recommend local eatery and made us feel very welcome. Comfy great big bed with lovely linen . Great value place ; highly recommend it !

Location is perfect, it's next to the station and plenty of restaurants. Everything was clean and tidy and the room had a small fridge as well.

The staff was very helpful and always friendly! The toilet got cleaned every single day (sometimes more than once) and was therefore very clean.

Clean, soundproof done really well even though our rooms just opposite the common toilet and shower. Clean and pretty new. Staffs are really polite and very helpful.

It was very cheap, but it was clean and had everything we needed. We booked 2 rooms which worked out well as the kids could share a bed and the rooms were adjacent. Even though the toilets and showers were shared with other guests they were very clean. As a bonus there was some glow in the dark stars pointed into the ceiling which the kids enjoyed.
