The room/hotel appeared to be relatively new and if not, it was kept in very good condition. The bed and the bathroom was perfect. The location is great, because it's opposite to a mall, so handy to shopping and food options. It's fairly central to everything on the island.

It was wonderful staying at Ando Hotel! The place was clean and cozy, with affordable rates and modern decor. I loved the aesthetic vibes! The location is strategic, making it a great place to stay in Batam. I liked everything about it and will definitely come back!

Hotel is new and clean, everything in bedroom are clean, simplicity concept, complete with basic necessity, mattress is comfortable. Location is great, nearby to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall, 3 km from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal, easy to go around. Air-conditioning is cooling and quite. Recommended

Super convenient location, 2 mins walk from Nagoya Hill mall, 1 convenience store adjacent to hotel, another convenience store 2 mins walk too. Street food just down the street at night. Superb staff.

Really recommended this Hotel. The staff very friendly & welcoming. The place is new, clean and the price also worth it. On my arrival, I did not notice that my credit card was overcharge. The payment done at the Hotel receptionist. I contact back the hotel sales admin and told them about the overcharge and request them a receipt for me to double check since i did not receive a copy upon check in and they quickly process my refund. I got the refund a month after. I really impress with their services and as for now, i really satisfied with the services provided. The environment of hotel also really comfortable, no unpleasant smell and clean. Thank you and keep the effort consistently. Im sure i will come again when i visit Batam.
