Location at Harbour Bay is great with reasonable dining options nearby. Sheets and towels are clean, bed is comfortable. Staffed allowed an extra hour after checkout free of charge. Additional hours would have been 100K / hour. There was an in-room massage service at quite reasonable price (2 hours for 360K, 3 hours for 420K), but I did not use it.

I like the location.. Hotel staff and security staff are friendly The breakfast meal not bad Just few steps to convenience store (alfamart) to buy snacks or drink Thank u to front desk two man staff working in days shift (on 22 dec 2024)( i forget their name) ans my question calmly regarding late check out. Im going to stay this hotel again when i visit batam.

1) Clean, strategic and Bright- I dislike dark lobby areas of hotels and dark rooms but Zest did not disappoint. 2) Polite and caring staff at the lobby and front desk- Ms Putri offered me a room on the side not facing the construction and I am thankful to her. 3) The uniform of the staff made them looked bright and ready to offer help. 4) The staff offered me a card to get a good offer to book direct with them. I can say good bye to Booking.com which is hard to use as the charges of the room are hard to track.
