Got what we requested: late check-in and interconnecting room. Pillows especially and mattress makes us sleep soundly without complaining of bodyaches the next day. In-house spa in the room was great. Great location, great facilities and great customer service! Sure earn another customer! 😊

The room still consider well upkeep. Breakfast was good and the bed is comfortable. But some of the Gym equipment are really old. May consider to have them change if possible. The staff are well trained and very helpful. Thanks

First check ins it was so great as I requested for the stacc to decorate the beds as we are a wedding. Thw decoration was so awesome as they decorate our beds with some petals flowers and a towel shaped as a heart. They also have a complementary cakes for us for our honeymoon. The facilities and amenities in the hotel is satisfactory. Thank you swiss belhotel for the stay.

The helpful and friendly staffs. The food at breakfast have a wonderful spread and tasted good! The hotel is located minutes walk-away from ferry terminal. There are many marts around and eateries too. A salon, massage parlours are right in front of the hotel.

Feel very well coming . It has a very nice ambience.The smell of Lemongrass is so refreshing .The staffs are all very friendly & helpful,especially Maya the Guest Relation Officer. Not only is she pretty but she's also very concern with our needs.She also organized an advance Birthday Wish decor and cake before Our check out for the next day. I feel very touch
