location was near to good amenities and transport was easy. Breakfast was generally ok and request for eggs of preference was entertained. Could have added more items like sausages and ham.

Generally the location is good , easily accessible by walking, eatery shops are nearby , shopping mall like BCS n Batam Mall are walking distances. Rooms and toilets are clean and valued for money.

The location of the hotel was really nearby to the mall, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff is good and friendly, especially to technical staff whom solves our room wifi issue until resolved even it's taking times they're really making an effort to resolve it. Overall we are satisfied with our stay & definitely will repeat again.

The room is very nice, it feels very atas, I book the bigger room so is at another building. The environment is really nice and don't feel like it is a budget hotel. The staff is very friendly and cleanliness is also up there.

Appreciate the friendly staff, the Security for assisting us with our Grab booking,. We are grateful for we picked Batam City Hotel near to Shopping Center and A2 Foodcourt all walking distance. Breakfast was good and the staff were courteous. Overall we were happy with what we paid. Will surely come back soon.
