Location and the hotel itself is great! Near Nagoya Hill, a shopping district and with spas and massage facilities. Rooms are spacious, price is reasonable! Breakfast buffet is a spread! Highly commendable.

The room size is bigger than the hotels that I have been to in Batam. But what is memorable, is the breakfast feast. They have many food options. Too bad I have a small tummy.

I’m a vegetarian. I cannot take egg, onion and garlic. The hotel breakfast has limited vegetarian food. Lucky for us, Ms Anggita (a hotel restaurant’s staff) noticed that my wife and I are vegetarians and offered to prepare for us a nice plate of vegetarian bee hoon. We really appreciate her outstanding service. Well done, Ms Anggita! Thank you!
