“Well located modern hotel with average breakfast”

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Nagoya Mall, with a back gate providing direct access. However, it is important to note that this entrance is not wheelchair-accessible and requires navigating stairs, which was inconvenient for my 80-year-old grandmother. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, offering a pleasant stay. The hotel also allows Grab food deliveries directly to the room, which was a convenient feature. The on-site spa was a great addition, providing a relaxing experience. However, the highlight of our stay was the hot water swimming pool, which was truly rejuvenating. Breakfast had a strong local influence, with a limited selection of dishes. While variety was lacking due to repetition over multiple days, the staff was kind enough to accommodate my vegetarian grandmother by preparing custom vegetarian dishes. However, the taste could have been better, and some additional variety in the menu would have been appreciated. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with excellent amenities, but accessibility improvements and a more diverse breakfast selection would enhance the experience.

Love the smiles and kindness all of the hotel staff, the big room, with the luxurius property, the breakfast with many food and drink we can choosed. Realy want to come again to stay more days, for shoping arround the hotel, relax with massages by a good theraphys, eat the delicius food and others...Than'ks GOD🥰
