The view was rather nice and the room was clean and tidy, all the necessary amenities were present and the room was large enough for any reasonable activities

The location of the hotel which is on the hill so that we can see the beautiful city view. It's hard to reach the hotel without a car but the hotel has free shuttle bus between hotel and train station which run every 30 minutes. The staffs are good and willing to service.

Great location up on a hill with a great view of the city. A regular free shuttle bus will take you to Nagasaki Station. There is also a nice okonomiyaki restaurant just outside the hotel (but not much else).

This hotel located on the hill, thus brekfast restaurant's view is superb. Spacious room & bathroom. Staffs are very nice, good serivce minded. Breafast is good.

Great View of Nagasaki Bay from the room Restaurant at the hotel only for advance reservation but hotel provide shuttle bus to the city that you can find lot of good and verity of restaurants.

it is very near the slope car station and ropeway station for mount Inasayama. The night view from.hotel room was fantastic! Beautiful. There is shuttle bus to slopecar station and nagasaki station.

The courtesy bus offsets the location somewhat. Great views. Room size was large.

Nestled in the hills, there is a shuttle bus up and down from the railway station. The view was wonderful. We are from Napier New Zealand and like Art Deco and this property had an art deco feel about it. Spacious rooms and facilities. The breakfast buffet had fruit and for me this was a real drawcard! We’d booked a night tour with Kings and the driver who turned up didn’t speak English! The duty manager was concerned at this and kindly organised another tour and driver.

Staff provided excellent service though there was the language barrier.
