Bigger room than expected. Just over the bridge where the airport bus leaves you. Green tea and coffee provided. Portable water in the tap. Really good amenities for face care and bath salts. Deffenetly recommend.

Friendly staff who also helped me with rude hotel guests who blocked the dryers all evening. The cleaning staff were also very nice and accommodating.

The location of the hotel is excellent; it is right in front of the eki, so it made everything so much more convenient and easier for us!! Room is very well-equipped and the room cleaning service is so good! Would definitely stay again if we travel Nagasaki in the future, highly recommend!!

Right in front of the hotel is the lift to the overhead bridge. Walked past the hotel without knowing. We arrived before 2pm and the staff allowed us to check into our room as it was already ready. It was such an expected surprise. For anyone who arrives before the rooms are ready, there are lockers to store one's luggage. The tram station is in front of the hotel so travelling by tram is very convenient. Walking distance away is the JR station, the bus terminal and a shopping complex. Very good location. Breakfast was Japanese style and very well presented. Some may find the choices rather limited but since it is a buffet, there is no stopping one to eat more of what one likes.

Very close to Nagasaki JR station, so ideal if you have a train to catch. Comfortable bed and spacious room

Very convenient to the shops, train station and local transport. The trams are literally outside the door and the JR station is less than 5 minutes away. Bathroom amenities are excellent and comfortable bath robe and slippers are supplied.
