I liked how clean the accommodation was. I also had all I needed from the amenities in the room itself. The room was spacious with a good-sized closet and coat hangers. The staff were also very helpful in answering questions even though my Japanese is subpar.

The Japanese-style bedroom was very nice and very spacious. Easily accessible laundry. Common area had many things, like a microwave, electirc kettle, teacups, etc.

The hotel was very near to a park which was great for our toddler! Trams to the station and other sites was just a quick walk down the hill. The complimentary coffee was very nice!

We stayed in Nagasaki for the kunchi festival (7-9 October). The Suwa shrine in only a 5 minute ish walk from the hotel. Quite a few of the processions finished their journeys outside of the Nagasaki museum of history and culture (which is at the end of the street from the hotel). Good location to access the inner city. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Shared amenities outside of our room (microwave, filtered water, clothes washing facilities). We had a mini fridge in our room. We had a comfortable stay.

They reserved parking for me and my name was marked in the space which was a lifesaver. They gave me clear instructions so I could check in late, but since I just had my residence card (not my passport) I needed help. The woman cleaning, I assume an owner, took her time to help me and I am very grateful. The room was very pretty, the futon was comfortable. Everything was spotless.

The hotel and rooms look very nice and the room is actually quite spacious, with room to open suitcases and work. The separated bathroom and toilet were also nice. It was nice to have laundry facilities.

Quiet bnb style was comfortable, but not super modern. Good value for money though, and clean comfortable rooms.
