The staff was super nice! The bed is amazingly comfortable and the transfer system was really hepful for us. The dry room is superb and very organized. Close to all the main spots in the downtown.

The Happo was our second hotel location within the town of Happo and it was stellar! The convenient location of the hotel puts it in walking distance of all hot spots within the town and for locations that were a bit too far to walk, or when the snow was too heavy, the Happo team were incredibly accomodating in organising shuttle busses for guests. One of the town’s bus stops is conveniently situated at the hotel’s entrance too, so getting to different ski fields was hassle-free. Having Gio’s and The Clubhouse located within the building was incredible - immaculate vibes at all hours of the day/night. I can’t wait to return!

The hotel was newly renovated so everything is new. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect. Ski rental equipment outlet Rhythm was just outside the hotel. You could also return the equipment on site in the ski locker section. Complimentary shuttle services to Evergreen Ski School also made it so convenient. Rooms were comfortable, clean, functional and so well thought out. Absolutely love the cosy vibe of the property. Onsen in the property provided a perfect ending to any ski day!

Great location close to all the ski hire shops. The family room was lots of fun and big enough for a family of 4. The Italian restaurant downstairs was excellent albeit a little expensive.

My favourite stay of my whole trip. The staff were so helpful. Location was amazing walking distance to everything in town. Clothes washing facilities, onsen, perfection.

The staff was truly nice and friendly and helped us when needed. Also, the communication was easy as the staff spoke English, which should not given for granted in Japan. The hotel is quite and clean - we did enjoy our stay and recommend this hotel! For breakfast you can choose one option from their fixed menu (we choose the acai bowl and it was delicious), plus you have some bread and croissant in the buffet section.
