Beds were very comfortable. Room was spacious for a Japanese hotel. Many toiletries and varieties of beverages were provided. Could leave luggage and wait in the foyer prior to checking in. Paid parking was available for our car. Located close to the train station, restaurants and shops.

The location was great. Not far from the train station. Not far from the Zenkoji temple . And there was a Tomato shopping centre across the street. Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Walkable distance from Nagano JR line. There are restaurants nearby. Daily make up room were efficient.

Breakfast was excellent - food and view exceptional. Convenient location, easy to find lunch/dinner/shopping and walking distance to the castle and station.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very good value for money hotel. Our room on the 15th floor (highest floor for guest rooms) had great views of the surrounding mountains. It was worth the upgrade. All facilities were great and room and bed size was very good for a couple. Thank you for a great stay.

A really comfortable hotel between the station and the temple. The bed was spacious and really comfy! The services of washing machine worked really well. The staff was kind and helpful. All that in a quiet area, too!
