Loved the location, onsen and facilities. The dryer was the best we used in Japan. Well run hotel and we are fans of the Dormy Inn brand now.

What a lovely surprise. Fairly new hotel. Rooms are compact but good for Japanese standards. Free coffee and apple juice in reception. A gift in the room for the children. The onsen on the 11th floor is one of the best I encountered. Free late night Ramen. Plenty of decent restaurants right outside the hotel.

Great location, 3 minutes walk from the station, tucked in a quiet street and close to a café (starbucks) and à small convenience store. Staff was friendly and I very much enjoyed the "onsen". Highly recommend.

Great hotel only minutes from Nagano Station. The Onsen on the 11th floor was fantastic and has both indoor and outdoor baths all free to use by guests. The staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet which included tempura prawns was very good. There is a free coffee and juice station in the foyer and a seven eleven next door. Perfect.
