Close to the railway station and was easy to navigate to. The apartments were warm, well equipped and exceptionally clean. We had an outlook with plenty of natural light. The owner was a great communicator and very accommodating. We hired a car and although the apartments don’t have car parks available, there was plenty of other paid parking nearby. There is also a great range of supermarkets and restaurants within in easy walking distance.

The owner sent a pdf manual of all that was needed - from the location and directions from the station, to the entry details and all aspects of the stay we would possibly need to know.

Incredibly clean and really modern. Great location and had everything we could need. Stayed in winter and the place was cosy and warm.

Yamaguchi was incredible in his response to any question or request we had, especially letting us check in early, as we had a sick teenager and Nagano was really cold that day. Terrific room generally, so clean neat and well kept.

Location was good. Apartment was very spacious which was unusual for Japan. Washing machine and dryer available although on a different floor. (no elevator)

The apartment is close to the station and offers all you could need. Communication with Yamaguchi has been great; he always responded almost immediately and offered us an early check in. i would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nagano.

The staff were ready to help accommodate us during change of plans and were extremely friendly and responsive. The place was very spacious and allowed us to navigate without the luggage impacting us. Place was within a walkable distance away from the Nagano Train Station so ideal location. Wi-Fi was fast and operating the laundry didn't require inserting coins!
