Location was exceptionally good - only 5 min walk to the Nagano station with all trains and buses. I was satisfied with the rather spacious room (also liked a view on the trains). The breakfast is great, with a variety of local Japanese and European dishes, and a stunning city view from 12th floor. You better try to buy a breakfast voucher as early as possible - in a busy season it might be sold out.

The staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. We really liked the coffee machine and put it to good use. The breakfast was good, with a nice range of Japanese and Western foods. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was the biggest we've been in. It was good value for money compared to other places we considered. The hotel was closer to the station than we realised. On the last day, we found a shortcut through a side alley. It was quiet despite being so close to the train line.

Walking distance from train station was useful. Free hot drinks in foyer and able to take these to room.

This was a very well priced property at around $90 AUD/ night so we took 2 basic rooms. We are not talking luxury but for that price they provided more than I expected. There were washing machines, dryers and microwaves on our floor as well. And like most hotels in Japan they are looking to be eco friendly while still providing everything you need.

it's great to know that the hotel have luggage areas and lockers that guest can use for as long as they want. also the drink making machine is available with 4 options is convenient

A short walk to train station. Room was clean and a good size. Facilities in lobby included coffee, hot chocolate and toiletries. A microwave available to use on floor 2 as well as a coin laundry. A pleasant walk to Zenkoji Temple. Plenty of places to eat near by.
