good location near Nagano station and bus stop to Hakuba. 1 Cake free for each in-house guest per night from 3pm to 6pm.

One of the best experiences we had overall. We received so many gifts and the staff was extremely helpful. Small onsen is definitely a plus. Location is perfect. We received welcome drinks and cake, plus a gift as it was Christmas time. Also ice cream is available 24h. Hotel is clean and convenient.

Good location near the Nagano station. Breakfast buffet on the 10th floor has good view and guests can have free ice cream every day at the reception. They serve nice proper cakes during the breakfast.

Great location, close to train station. Excellent staff and the free dessert on arrival and ice cream fridge were bonuses. Great value for money! Rooms were big enough for two people and suitcases.
