It was super clean, amenities were all available (bath towel costs 100/200 yen to rent I forgot). The house felt like my home away from home. Even though my time here was short I was always excited to come back here after travelling all day

It was a cute hostel, the staff is so friendly. Gave us hot water pack for in the night, as it gets pretty cold. They helped a lot, and were really kind, gave a lot of recommendations. The room was really clean and the beds really comfortable. In conclusion I'd definitely recommend staying here!

The staff was incredibly friendly! They always offered to give advice on day trips, dinner, whatever you need. They provide you with a hot water bottle at night which was the cutest thing. I felt very at home here even though I only stayed two nights!

I highly recommend this place. The staff I met were soooo nice and helpful. There's a lot of booklets recommending restaurants, cafes around the area. Also there are booklets explaining how to travel to recommended tourist spots. The lounge is so chill and everyone is so nice. I loved my stay so much, and following the staff recommendations led me to beautiful places and cafes where I met people I will cherish for a long time. Just stay here, I'm sure other places are great too but this is soooo gooooood.

Good location, the staff was super helpful and informative on what to do and eat not just within Nagano but outside as well, they were also super kind and nice :-) I liked talking to the other ppl staying there too! Everyone was kind and friendly it was a wonderful time

The staff was really outgoing, they explained everything very nicely. Not about the property only even about the surrounding places to visit and how to visit.
