The food at the breakfast wasn't served hot... it would be nice to start a day with hot or warm meals .. We weren't able to use the wifi as we cannot connect to it. we informed the front desk but they didn't get back to us so no wifi from the hotel for 3 days they could very well improve on this please

Friendly and helpful staff, neat and clean throughout. FANTASTIC CHRISTMAS Season decorations. Pool area designed for different swimming abilities with services available to complete the experience 😀

We had a lovely stay in Naga City. The hotel is in a central location with good bars and restaurants nearby. We had a comfortable room with balcony and enjoyed the swimming 🏊♂️ pool, bathtub 🛀 and breakfast.

The place is very nice and close to the city. The staffs were nice and very friendly and the food is awesome that’s why we extended our stay upon the request of my Aunt.
