great location next to the sea, cafes and city center. Mustafa is friendly, loyal. Air-conditioned rooms, equipped kitchen, including washing machine, comfortable mattress and pillows. quiet.

The location is close to the beach (walking distance, within 2 minutes), close to Spanish territory, Melila (within 30 minutes drive) and accessible to food, main bus stops

The location is discrete and tucked away but a stone throw away from the corniche of the city also a few minutes walk from the beach. The accomodation is clean and hygienic and the room we were in had aircon! Mustapha is a great man, made sure we felt at home and settled in and left us to do our own thing with minimal interference. I fell ill to food poisoning and with all the pharmacies shut we could not get the necessary medication but he sorted me out with a strong coffee and aspirins which put me on the road to recovery. Thank you so much Mustapha for giving us great value accomodation and going the extra mile.

Comfortable and impressive place located in very peaceful area where you can enjoy the seaside view and most beautiful sunsets from the terrace. I absolutely loved the place, the calm, the proximity and the host as well. Mustapha was very welcoming, extremely courteous and friendly. I very much enjoyed my stay and had a great experience all round.

Helpful owner mustapha. Kind person. Everything in the area and 30 steps to the sea cornich. Cheap rooms within a hostel apartment. Walk distance to the bus and taxi. Lot of restaurants in the area.
