Its a new property that is well maintained. Convenient location and amazing helpful staff. Good wifi speed, ac in the room works perfectly. Walkable distance to jetpoint- for food, supermarket etc needs The restaurant downstairs offers nice food with friendly staff as well. The swimming pool is a much needed feature available at the property - great for a mid day/morning/evening dip. Especially would like to recognise Nanise/Nancy - amazing reception staff who is very caring and helpful- a true example of Fijian hospitality. She was very prompt with all my requests and provided good information on nearby restaurants/local areas to visit.

Staff were amazing & very helpful. The bed was very comfortable also. Staff accommodated our luggage upon checked out & returned later in the day for collection. Very happy overall & will be a returning customer. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Vualiku for one night before catching the ferry at Port Denarau. The hotel is part of the pick-up route that the ferry bus takes (well, you have to cross the road to Mercure but it's very easy) which made it very convenient. The room was decent, clean and comfortable but nothing special. The wifi worked well once I paid the $10 for the router, and the staff were very friendly.

Great customer service. Did manage to accommodate our request for an early check-in and late check-out given our flight schedule. Plus its proximity to restaurants and local shopping plaza. This was a bonus!
