Everything. The hotel is right next to the water, the view from the lobby and the dining room is very beautiful and serene. The buffet dinner and breakfast were amazing, with large variety of selections. Ate so much on both meals. The onsen was also very good an large with both indoor and outdoor. Lastly, there are plenty of selection and free facilities around the hotel that we simply can enjoy. Overall a wonderful stay!

We stayed at the hotel after a long trek during the Kumano Kodo. The place is amazing, at 10 min from Kii Katsuraa station. The room was big, with a beautiful view on top of the sea. the onsens are amazing, and the buffet is good

Absolutely outstanding place. I loved everything about it. There are many facilities so you will never be bored. The main and the family onsens were very nice as well and very small tatoos are allowed which was bonus. The lady who checked us in was super nice and well and made our stay even better. Food choice was large and delicious. My favourite was probably the foot batch overlooking the water. The suveniere shop was great too. All the staff in the hotel made our stay even more enjoyable as they were super nice

Everything, the hotel is amazing. Some facilities are older, but the room is very spacious and comfortable, the onsens are great and the buffet is simply incredible. totally worth it

We loved the Japanese style family room - it was a suite of tatami rooms which included a bath tub with views over the water. Super comfortable and incredibly spacious for our family of 5. The facilities were fabulous, we enjoyed a private onsen - great to have the family all together in one onsen - and also perfect for people with tattoos. We also enjoyed a bit of karaoke and the kids games room was fun too. The buffet dinner and breakfast were incredible. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend.

Very nice traditional Japanese room, good Onsen and amazing view from the modern restaurant and other common areas. Extra's like massage chairs also good after the Kudo Kumano trail. Buffet is very extensive and really good. Be careful not to overeat :-)

I loved everything about this hotel - great location- 10 min walking from the station, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are great. The onsen is fantastic, the buffet was delicious and had great choice! Everything was very fresh!

Buffet breakfast and dinner were very good! Onsen (indoors and outdoors) are nice. Extra amenities in the hotel like a bouldering wall and a manga corner. Hotel has a free shuttle to the train station (~11 min walk otherwise).
