Maru House is cozy and comfortable. It is conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk from the fish market and a 10-minute walk from the railway station. Most importantly, Maru is incredibly kind and helped us a lot during our stay. We will definitely recommend Maru House to our family and friends.

Maru House was so comfortable, with everything you would need, and extra thoughtful details. Beds were so warm and the house cozy and clean. It was easy walking distance to the station and town/ waterfront.

An absolutely perfect stay! Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The house itself is so comfortable - we slept incredibly well. Laundry was great and helpful to have midway through our Japan trip. Don't hesitate to stay! Everything from the house, location, sleeping arrangements, host, etc. were perfect!

You own the whole house with all the furnitures and facilities in need. Its only fifteen minutes walk from the station and there is a five minutes Lawson supermarket nearby. The owner is incredibly Friendly and helpful，providing pretty good services and guidance using whatsAPP

The house itself is big, has a nice common space with the kotatsu and big kitchen. Nice clean bathroom and washing/drying machine. The city is very walkable and has stuff around it. We actually decided to extend from 1 night to 2. They offered a lot of towels and had a covered parking spot.

A very well equipped home, perfect stay for our family at the end of our hike. Maru was very helpful and kind, even offering to help with transport to the station.

Everything. Great experience to stay in a Japanese style. Although it is not a new house, everything is very clean. We didn't cook but they have everything you need if you cook. Great to have a washing machine with drying function too. Location is good, a 10-15 min walk to the fish market and a small drive to the Nachi waterfall and temples.
