Exceptional hotel with all the basic facilities. Enjoyed the big swimming pool and delicious breakfast. Almost all the staff members were very friendly except one person.

Great location if you want to escape the noise and craziness of Pattaya. I loved the pool — there are actually three of them! The only downside was the cleaning lady, who got upset and loudly claimed we made the towel dirty.

Good stay with overall good time. 10 kilometre far from city but very calm and cozy stay. Staff is friendly and helping. Do visit near beach near the hotel. Rooms are small but good for 2 person

We had an amazing stay at Mangrove Hotel. We were given a room in the next building (previously Garuda Hotel) but we had access to both pools. The hospitality from the staff was excellent! We really enjoyed our spacious room and balcony. It was very quiet too despite children staying at the hotel. The pools were really well kept including the pool facilities. The hotel is very clean. Whenever we could, we tipped our room service staff. We also didn't request room service every day. I loved the daily breakfast. It catered to both Western and traditional tastes. My favourite was always the Thai spread. As a Canadian, I wanted to experience local Thai cuisine and I was very happy! We didn't buy the breakfast deal ahead of time since we didn't know how it was but we loved it so much we got breakfast at the hotel daily. You can buy drinks on the property which was very convenient. The hotel staff is very knowledgeable about the area. I loved the location of the hotel - a good 5-8min walk to the beach, self service laundry nearby, good restaurants, 7-11, Currency exchange, massage parlours. The beach was really clean. We enjoyed the vendors selling corn and shrimp. It was safe to leave our belongings and get into the water. It was not crowded. We took Bolt cabs into the city. We will stay here again.

The breakfast was good with a bit of variety. Pools were large. Their filtration systems kept them sparkling clean.The staff was very nice. They worked hard but seemed to always have a big smile.

Quiet location, lovely swimming pool, friendly staff - upgraded my room with the one with the sea view. It's amazing how a 15 min drive from the Central Pattaya makes a big difference with no noise, chilled relax vibe.
