Staff were very kind. We arrived late from the bus and they rescued my food order! Also we had good reccomendations of places to see. We had a private room and it was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Breakfast was basic but filling. It is a little out of town (15 min walking on the same street) but it means it’s quiet and relaxed.

Hostel is easy walk to city Centre. Staff is helpfull to give you wanted information. Bed was comfortabele and I enjoyed the breakfast.

I love this hostel, I booked 3 nights and ended up staying over a week. It has a good family vibe, and all the staff and volunteers are amazing. The beds are also incredibly comfortable 😌

I recommend this place so much! Initially I wanted to stay just 2 nights which later turned into 2 weeks. The people who work there are very helpful and friendly. The hostel is clean and there's a good atmosphere. Good location - quiet but close to the centre. The beds have curtains which give you privacy when you share the room with others. The pool is well maintained. Breakfast ok. The kitchen has all the equipment and a cooker if you want to prepare your own dinner. And WiFi in the shared areas is good enough for you to work if you need to.

Place was really clean, have everything you need. At night is was quiet. AC which was on for all night. Lockers were big enough to put a backpack in. Bed were really comfortable with lights in case you would like to read and not disturb others. Breakfast was simple but really good. People working there were super nice and helpful. Could get many recommendations about places to visit and current events in Merida. Location was really good. 15mins walk from ADO bus station. 15-20 mins walk to the main square. And 10 mins walk to Parque de San Juan where you can get some good street food.
