The location was quiet and waterfront but close enough to the city. Right next to a park and the castle. Staff let me check in early. Balcony included.

The location was good. It's in a quite place in Mytillini, very close to the center. There was a very nice view of the sea from the balcony. When the windows were closed, there is no noice coming from the street.

Don't be fooled by its appearance, although it may seem simple and uncomfortable, everything from the bed to the sheets, from the floor to the bathroom was spotlessly clean. No flies, no insects, the air conditioning works well. It's not luxurious, but it definitely does its job. There is a minibar cabinet, it works and is empty. Although it looks primitive, there is a smell of cleanliness everywhere. We chose a room with a sea view. There is no elevator in the hotel. There is a nice restaurant right across from you by the sea. There is a nice new generation coffee shop next to it, and a shop selling croissants, pastries, etc. on the other side of the hotel. Also, although the owner speaks little English and Turkish, you can understand him. He greets you with ice-cold water before you even check in. He gives you everything, including your wifi password. It's not very suitable for a long stay, but it's ideal for a night or two. I recommend it
