Bed was comfortable , room very clean , staff attentive and very courteous. Dining area for breakfast was pleasant with option to sit by the pool. Concierge were very professional and helpful.

The property is so beautiful and the rooms were so clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Exercutive suite and it was Huge!. We were also given acess to the cocktail longue. All the staff were so hospitable and welcoming

Excellent modern hotel with authentic Indian restaurant. Very spacious room and nice pool area. Good location for Mysore Palace and zoo.

The premises and decor was beautiful. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful (Manjunath from Housekeeping, Nitin from Registration Desk and Charan from the gym). The food at its restaurants was delicious. They provide valet parking. The location is excellent, close to the zoo, Mysore Palace, and with a full-fledged mall right next door.

Spacious. Mr Abdul at concierge desk helped book my bus, literally, as non indian payment system didnt work. He followed up as well.
