Ambience of the room, facilities and the food. Suite room was up to the mark. Fully satisfied with what the room had to offer. Pizza’s from Herbs on Pizza was awesome.

I booked the suite room, which is the most expensive one available in the hotel, still it was not properly dusted and clean. There were stains on the furniture and dust on the bed side.
