the food at the Veg restaurant Sattvik is very good. The property is new so that is a plus. Great location as well. The property has potential, but should improve the service levels and cleanliness.

very good breakfast. large room and comfortable bed. aircon worked well and was quiet. helpful receptionist. the hotel car was large enough to fit 4 passengers and 4 large suitcases.

I remember to have seen provision of complimentary breakfast. But the person at the reception blankly said, even before our completing the check in formalities. Then, the WiFi was not available.

Emerald Urban Hotels offers modern, stylish accommodations with spacious and clean rooms. The staff is professional and friendly, always ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to Mysore Palace, making it perfect for tourists.
