Beautiful place to stay lots to do in the resort it was nice to just wake up and sky my son was excited to see snow for the first time this place offer things to do for kids and at night time it was beautiful just to relax in the peaceful atmosphere

Very lush, this was a really nice experience but of course, that comes with a cost. Everything was exceptional the room was stunning, facilities great, not to mention the skiing. Included breakfast had everything you could possibly want, catering to all tastes :-)

Love the ski in and ski out with various ski runs to keep us all happy.. Half hour free bus from the train station. Exceptional Onsen facility with robes. Wonderful to experience outside whilst snowing. about 6 different level eating options at the hotel.

It could have more option for breakfast. There is only a buffet. The coffee place opens only at 9am

Breakfast buffet was great, as was the room. The onsen was great too. Modern ,fast lifts were the best Ski lockers were v good

The location was okay! They have almost everything in the hotel vicinity (onsen, gym, laundry room, restaurants) but not the convenient store which was quite important for us :(
