Location of the house 14 kilometres from muzafarabad in the beautiful mountains,is calm and quiet close to nature away from city busy lifestyle.House is very clean,they provide you fully furnished house,we had a very good couple of days spent there, Osama was a very good host, smart boy,his dad was a good personality,We felt like a home away home, Great hospitality.highly recommended for families.

We have been searching for a pet-friendly property for almost 2 years because we didn’t want to leave behind our fur-baby on a family vacation. Luckily, I stumbled upon the instagram handle of The Mountain Retreat and connected with the owner, Osama, who was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The property is absolutely gorgeous with top notch facilities and amnesities to accommodate a large family/group. The house is impeccably clean and the surroundings are beautiful. It is so serene and peaceful out there. The owner was always available for any queries and has been super helpful throughout. We also enjoyed scrumptious food directly from the kitchen of our host as well as from his newly established restaurant “Seraii Inn”. Osama also guided us to the nearby attractions where we enjoyed spending time as a family. Our dog, Zeus, was also warmly welcomed and Osama went out of his way to arrange an outdoor dog house to ensure Zeus’ comfort and safe stay. We loved every minute of our time spent at The Mountain Retreat and can’t wait to go back to “our home away from home.”
