Sally “Well presented building let down by some major flaws.”
Inadequate sound proofing. Suggest double glazing to help due to location near traffic and trains. Toilet paper ran out. Only one bath mat per shower and this is poor hygiene especially during COVID-19. Staff should not play loud music at 6am on a Sunday morning when there are guests staying. No full length mirrors in rooms or bathrooms.

The restaurant was amazing. I have special dietary requirements, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I had a fantastic meal. I would absolutely eat there again.
