How To Reach:-The two ends of The Mall Road are the two entry points for Main Mussoorie. WH Kasmanda Palace is located on The Mall Road, 300 mts from Library/ Gandhi chowk entry.The Mall Road is closed for vehicles from 1600 hrs till 2330 hrs daily.You are requested to kindly make it convenient to reach Mussoorie before 1600 hrs if travelling by a private car (white number plate).Taxi's (yellow number plate vehicles) are not allowed on the Mall Road 24 x 07Hotel car is not allowed to pick up or drop guests to and from the Mall Road Entry Barrier due to local administration restrictions.Pick-up or Drop by hotel car is available only from 0800 hrs till 2300 hrs only from Hotel Padmini Niwas gate near YES Bank on the Mall Road.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Best part of the property is it’s huge open areas with beautiful lawn, kids play area and the view decks. This property seems to be a hidden beauty right on the Mall Road in Mussoorie. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Shoorvir, arvind , jasveer are super hosts.

The hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The property is a heritage product with warmth in service. The breakfast was ala cart due to low occupancy however the food was very good. This is a must visit hotel whenever visiting Mussorie. The room size was Hugh with all comforts

Check-In: It was smooth and did not have any problems. Room: Amazing Executive room, well-maintained and kept well. No complaints. Take the Executive Room, thank me later. Hotel Premises: I absolutely loved the place. The reason I booked the place was its heritage connection. It is a surreal experience to sit on the same Terrace that Queen Mary sat at in the early 1900s, overlooking Dehradun and sipping tea. The garden is well-maintained as well as the Badminton court out infront. You can sit and relax in the garden, enjoying the bonfire when they have one, or simply soak in the night lights. Walking through the corridors, both on the ground floor in the main building as well as its first floor is like a walk through a time machine. Breakfast: Choice of multiple options on the menu when we were there. You can order whatever you would like. I took the Continental option the first day and the Indian Option the second day. I specifically asked for a double egg sunny side-up which they made pretty well. The tea was amazing. Belvedere Lounge: I unfortunately was not able to try out the lounge, but you please do visit it atleast once. Location: The location is amazing if you want a place with good sights, centrally placed and yet quiet enough. It has all those qualities. The problem is the route to the hotel.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was big and nice. Walk-in shower had immediate hot water. Breakfast buffet only available when there are enough guests staying, but was of good quality. Lots of memorabilia to inform one about the history of the place I would stay again.
