The location was ideal for a short visit. The staff were friendly and helpful. Activities to keep the children busy. Rooms were spacious.

a nice resort but extremely busy. booked 2 rooms and requested them to be near to each other. unfortunately we were given 2 rooms on different floors, not ideal with young children, after some discussions managed to agree in the same floor just on opposite sides of the floor. still not ideal but was bit offered any other alternative. the Room provided was dark and had no lightning so we requested a lamp to be provided. it took 2 hours before one was given. the breakfast buffets were not great with limited choices slow replenishment . The evening buffet meal was extremely busy and the choices offered in contrast to other 4 star resorts was also lacking in quality and variety .

We had a wonderful experience at Barcelo. The resort is big and has everything you need for a great stay. They have access to the beach, sports activities, mini golf, many pools and awater parc, kids and even adults had a blast at the slides! The resort has many restaurants, cafes and a small grocery store! Breakfast and lunch buffet at Azure and lunch and the pizza at the Italian restaurant were delicious! Rooms and apartments are clean and spacious. At night we took a nice walk along the beach. All the staff were kind and nice, a Special thank you to Charles the front office manager for taking extra care of us and making sure we were comfortable! We will definitely come back!

Had a good stay at Barceló! Enjoyed every hour of our stay; all the activities were well-maintained, and the staff were wonderful. Highly recommended for families. They upgraded the room without any extra charges. Smooth check-in and check-out even at rush hour.

Location is good; the management is putting in efforts that are reasonable, such as water activities, a pool, a zipline, and other small activities. Staff in restaurants (Bangalis, Nepalis, and Indians) were very nice and professional.
