Failure to comply with these requirements entitles The Chedi Muscat to deny accommodation and any other services without any liability.Where VAT is payable by the Guest under this agreement, in terms of the Oman VAT law and Executive Regulations, the consideration for the supply shall be increased by an amount equal to the amount of VAT applicable at the prevailing rate at the time the supply is made.For stay overlapping 31 December 2023, there will be New Year's Eve gala dinner at OMR 165 including 17% taxes, service charge and 5% VAT. A 50% discount for children under the age of 15 years will be applied. Children below 06 years will not be charged.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This is a beautiful designer hotel in a great location at the beach and is also a lovely green oasis. Service was perfect and this might have been the best hotel buffet breakfast I ever had.

It is no exaggeration at all when I (and others on here) say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at (and I’ve had the pleasure of staying at many lovely hotels around the world). Absolutely everything was perfect. Every single member of staff (a mix of Omanis and international staff from so many countries) was beyond efficient and so friendly. I felt they took even extra care of me as I was staying alone (Shukran!) and their care and attention to detail was second to none! I didn’t meet the manager Mr Karim but would like to thank and congratulate him on running such an exceptional hotel. Among the many wonderful staff who all work so hard, special mentions to Suresh who checked me in in the early hours, Renuka who cleaned my room so meticulously, Schola the restaurant hostess who was very informative and gave me the best table for the Christmas Day brunch! Khine also a restaurant hostess who was lovely to chat too on my final evening and so helpful too and Kolthum who checked me out, such a lovely lady. El-Mostafa in the restaurant, Khalid who picked me up at the airport (plus the driver who took me back there), the restaurant staff in all the restaurants, the wonderful chefs and the beach attendants. The Chedi’s design is amazing. Beautiful grounds (they even have peacocks!), so tranquil, so clean, many dining options and wonderfully designed rooms. I can see why it’s a Leading Hotel of the World and has so many awards and accolades. Thank you Chedi Muscat for an unforgettable Christmas holiday!

The food is a highlight, offering a delightful variety of well-prepared dishes. The meticulously maintained pools, world-class gym, and attention to detail in housekeeping further enhance the experience. Special thanks to Danish, Pillay, Om, and Kishore for their friendly and attentive service, which truly made my stay memorable.

Breakfast was amazing; very nice location outside and inside. The 3 pools were amazing, too, esp. the one measuring 103m in length. Direct access to the beach. Friendliness of the staff

All was perfect and I highly recommend the facility other than WiFi concerns outside of room where it was ok. Even in some general areas like the superb large lobby/welcoming room the reception is poor on tow ends of the room
