I particularly appreciated the staff’s exceptional kindness and care. In particular Nasseem was helpful, attentive and patient. Clearly attention to customer service is essential for the Royal Hotel team and its unbeatable value for money.

Location of this hotel surrounded by many restaurant's and grocery. It's also opposite dunes with nice view. I'm giving 5 star to their hospitality and friendly staff. I just feel like home within 5 days stayed there. Recommended to all tourist it's really worth to try.

I truly enjoyed the hotel's location because I wished to immerse myself in the local culture for a richer experience, and thus avoided beachfront properties. I would also like to commend all the hotel staff, including Hotel Manager Mr. Mohan, for their exceptional courtesy, politeness, and helpfulness. I especially want to thank Mr. Nasim (apologies if I misspelled his name) for ensuring my breakfast was served promptly and attending to my other needs. Receptionist Nur was also consistently helpful and polite. Thank you all for your wonderful care during my stay.

Excellent value for money, with excellent rooms, facilities including aircon, a good bathroom, good linen and a well-sized menu. Very friendly staff, who were very accommodating. Would recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Oman.
