Very clean, modern and pretty hotel! We had a regular room we felt absolutely comfortable in. We were there during Ramadan and joined the locals for the Iftar buffet which was delicious! Also, Sib souq is close by and worth a visit. We needed a late check-out because our flight left early in the morning (2am). We could use our room until 5pm free of additional charge. Thanks for the flexibility!

The hotel seems brand new and it is beautifully decorated, with great amenities. The room was very comfortable and we very much enjoyed our short stay. People at the reception and at the pool were extremely friendly. The pool is also very nice.

The staff assisted me on several occasions and did it with grace and genuine kindness. I love the receptionist Talal. My room was exceptional value for the price. The food service too. Honestly I vouch for this place, especially if for some reason you have to be in that part of town. Going anywhere else would be futile.

Everything about the hotel is perfect, we liked the location as it was very close to a mall, the staff were very polite, especially the lads who park the vehicles. They are all very friendly and helpful. We were there during the start of Ramadan, but it did not affect our time there. The lady who looked after the pool area was really nice, always pleasant and cheerful. We always had a great time at the pool.

We only booked this place because we needed a place to stay close to our Rugby tournament the following morning. We only booked for 1 night and arrived around 11pm so did not get a chance to explore the hotel much. We were however very pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was and thought we wish we could've stayed a bit longer. The staff were remarkable. Very accommodating and helpful. We had free valet parking as well.
