A very nice hotel for our family of five with three kids. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing quality Indian food. We were even able to arrange Indian breakfast brought to our rooms in the morning. The room itself was very clean, though the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, are a bit dated. The location is within a 5-8 minute cab ride to the old part of Muscat. We would definitely stay again.

Everything is perfect! The apartment was massive with a nice kitchen, large bathroom and very comfy beds. There is also private parking which is very handy and the staff are lovely. Great value for money and close to Muttrah corniche and a large and fantastic Lulu hypermarket.

Excellent location. Cottage well equipped and clean. Meals good and plentiful. Kind owner. If you don't feel too confident in driving on the sand then ask someone to come and drive for you. Getting there is quite challenging and in my opinion a regular SUV may be too weak (which doesn't mean you won't get there - it will just be difficult).

The host was very nice and welcoming. They upgraded us to a bigger room since it was available, which was amazing. It's not luxurious but it's clean and confortable, fully equipped and not very expensive.

Our apartment was clean and very comfortable with a good bed and seating area. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! Nice area with many restaurants and nearby supermarkets. An easy walk to Muttrah. Recommended!

Very nice staff, lots of space as it was a flat instead of a room. It had all the essentials, including ac. The price was amazing, especially for Muscat.
