Beautiful lobby and clean and spacious rooms. Great facilities - for children there is a soft play area and shaded kids pool. Kids plates/cutlery/cups available. The food was wonderful. The staff were lovely and really helpful. The location was perfect for us, the Royal Opera House and musical museum was well worth a visit.

Large, comfortable rooms (Superior Double). High quality and well-maintained facilities including the beach area. Excellent food offering and service. Not too crowded when we visited (March 2025, during Ramadan). Majority of staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. In particular I would highlight Laith from the Concierge desk who went out of his way to identify where to find some very specific local souvenirs for us.

Loved the architectural features inside and outside. Loved the diversity of the spaces and facilities. The people were kind to guests and to each other. They seemed (a healthy amount of) proud and happy. The room was spacious and with a good layout. Located in a very green, calm and overall beautiful neighborhood surrounding a marina. Loved every aspect of our stay. Cant wait to come back.

Breakfast selection was very good and restaurant selection excellent. Rooms were well organized and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The area was incredible, and beach access was very good.
