Quiet room. Cleanliness everywhere. Big&nice lobby. Many restaurants around. Good selection of TV channels. Reception desk people are very helpful and responsive...a special mention to Riza who helped me a lot by leaving me her personal clothes hangers for the time of my stay. Very nice.

The location is perfect, not fare from sultan Qabhs grand mosque, with a lot of restaurants nearby.

Everything was excellent: "suspiciously" clean (my daughter's words), spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, generously provided items (water and bathroom items), extended variety of delicious breakfast and we also had a great view. But above all ... EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL MANAGER AND STAFF.

Close to the bus station if you don't have a car (although you have to walk extra to cross the highway). It's a fully furnished apartment with kitchen. Easy to get to from the airport.
