Room size was perfect (especially the size of a bathroom), location is also fine, next to the hotel you can find 2 malls. We had a valet parking, staff was brilliant and helpful. Spa center with sauna and steam room were awesome perk to have.

Really good location. Close to the shopping pimalls and in the middle of muscat. The staff was really friendly and nice. Made sure everything was good. They have a separate pool, spa, sauna and steam room for men and women. They have a prayer room aswell.

Great Value for money! The hotel could easily qualify as a 5 star in other countries. The rooms are modern, spacious and the beds are comfortable. It is a very convenient city hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. In particular, the staff at the front desk and the reservation team were incredibly kind and helpful in accommodating my unexpected request. I will definitely visit again next time or in the future.

The location is excellent (central location), and the rooms are spacious. easy free parking and access. Staff and Management are excellent and very helpful, Lovely Spa for relaxation.

It was wonderful stay!! The apartment was spacious, beautiful and very big. And the bathroom was huge. The breakfast was delicious, and I also had the opportunity to use the lounge on the 7th floor - for snacks during the day. Wonderful idea!! I very appreciate help of Ali from the reception. He helped me with changing my car with rental comapny in the night I came to the hotel and supported me all the stay. I would also thank Monica from the reception and the girl from the lounge - she was so nice and kind!! The room service was also perfect (I do not remember the name, but maybe Yosuf).

Everything was perfect, except from the breakfast. The coffee machines were not working, And the variety of the food was poor

Location attached and across Avenues Mall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop pool and spa is very nice.
