The room was big, clean and without noise. The location of the hotel is in between the airport and old Muscat, so you need a car or a taxi to get anywhere (they can help you with taxi at the reception). Good breakfast (with filtred and Omani coffee🙂). Swimming pool with view. We got more water whenever we asked.

- The bed is very comfortable! We slept really well - Spacious and clean bathroom with modern shower and bathtub - The pool on the rooftop is a nice cherry on top - Plenty of parking space in front of the hotel, and even some in the basement for guests I believe (we didn't enquire about it as the parking in front of the hotel is perfectly fine) It's honestly really good value for money!

I arrived at the hotel at 4.30 AM. The room was prepared and the receptionists fulfilled my wish to have a room on the upper floor. The room was equipped with fully working air conditioning, a king-size bed, a deposit safe, a small fridge, bathroom with a toilet. There was a kettle with tea and coffee available, then 3-4 small bottles of water a day complimentary. The cleaning was perfect every day, every day clean towels. The receptionists were all helpful, and helped me to get a taxi to the city centre. Breakfast was available every day 6.30-10.30.

The whole thing is well managed, you feel home when dealing with all staff, place is neat and clean, well organised, rooms and bathrooms are very good, cooperative staff, only breakfast need to be upgraded a bit.

1. Large clean rooms with kitchen available 2. Noise reduction is great, we didn't hear anything during night 3. Breakfast is great and tasty 4. Staff is friendly and ready for help 5. WiFi also provides good coverage and speed

Everything is fine, room, bathroom, facilities, etc. except breakfast buffet needs to be upgraded a little bit.
