The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Its in a great location to explore old Muskat and Mutrah

For the price, this was without doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was big, clean, and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, the swimming pool was a lovely addition, the staff were friendly, and the bar was nice!

-Breakfast was probably the best in our entire trip in Oman. -The staff, in particular the swimming pool and gym/sport facilities staff were super friendly and helpful. Bringing you fresh bottles of water while sunbathing is a great touch. -The sport facilities are great. The gym machines are old but fully fuctional, you can also play badminton and tennis for free. We really enjoyed that.

A very good pool and service, which we did not expect. Nice bar at the rooftop with happy hours. Lovely staff. Good location for the right part of Muscat. Would highly recommend. Lots of parking spaces.

I had a good feeling from the moment I arrived. I was very tired after a long overnight flight so it was much appreciated that I was allowed to check in early. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was not large, but had a nice view and the bed was so soft and comfortable. The bar on the top floor was relaxing with a nice view and friendly bar staff . Breakfast buffet had a good choice and you can sit inside or outside. The hotel is quite old so it may not be to everyone's taste, but I really enjoyed my stay here thanks to the lovely staff and the good facilities.

The staff were all excellent. We received great personal service all round. We were particularly impressed by the service at the pool - we were given ice towels on arrival at the pool - then free water in an iced cool box. After a couple of hours we were given fresh fruit. Amazing. We went on a dolphin trip arranged by the hotel Which included complementary transport. We are in the restaurant and in the sports bar. There was also an 8th floor bar where we enjoyed a drink which had great views. Overall excellent
