The fine print
For shuttle bus service you need to contact the hotel 24hrs before arrival, shuttle bus charges will be OMR. 5.00 per person( There is a minimum waiting time of 90 minutes for the shuttle bus in case more guests joining the drop to the hotel). Private transfer by saloon car maximum 2 guest per vehicle OMR 15.00 per vehicle for Al Falaj Hotel. Driver will hold the name board of the guest at the arrival lounge.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

James on luggage was fabulous. As well as Moses and Austin! Pool was really lovely. Ladies on reception not as nice as their male counterparts.

This hotel is my go-to for when I need a relaxing break from work and I always like the welcome I receive. A real quiet location with good transport links and the food at Al Falaj is always good.
