great hotel, great place. the staff unity was missing. there was no proper leadership in the restaurants during working hours. leadership was very poor. need a proper leader to run and manage this hotel. else everything was great.

It is right next to mall road that you have all the attractions nearby but secluded enough that it is peaceful and away from all the hustle bustle.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room and bathroom was clean. Hotel is old but it’s history and well maintained. Staff was good. Breakfast was good and ample.

The impeccable cleanliness, excellent room service, cozy amenities (heating system, hot water, cupboards, TV), lavish buffet breakfast, breathtaking views, clean air, and the tranquil atmosphere.
