Reasonable size comfortable dorms. It was quiet over the new year period. Wifi worked well. Decent size kitchen. Enough (and fairly clean) bathrooms. Friendly staff. Great location right in the centre of the city, but surprisingly it wasn't noisy.

The booking was done for a different party who ran into an emergency. Emilia was simply wonderful in welcoming and accommodating the guest and communicating the entire time until their safe arrival. Such hospitality and kindness are rare in today's times.

Very friendly Italian lady at the reception. Towels are included in the price which is always nice. The kitchen was well equipped and there was free coffee / tea. The bed was also comfortable enough. Location is excellent, right in the middle of Murcia.
