Location was very good for me, just across the river from the main centre and walkable to where I needed to go. Good to be slightly away from the hubub near the Cathedral and so on.

A typical continental breakfast, consisting of a croissant and some juice. For many people it would be enough. Very well-located and a good commute to the old city, you can reach many places by foot.
